Products Features
The basic performance of CSA insert bearings should be similar to that of deep groove ball bearings, due to the fact that this type of bearing is mostly used in rough machinery, the installation and positioning of insert bearings are not precise enough, and the accuracy of the bearing itself is not high enough, and some structures are also rough. Therefore, the actual performance of the same specifications of deep groove ball bearings is significantly discounted. However, this type of bearing has sealed rings on both sides, which can tightly prevent dirt from entering. It is filled with an appropriate amount of lubricant at the factory and does not need to be cleaned or lubricated before installation.
The performance of the insert ball bearing with eccentric sleeve is basically the same as that of the outer insert bearing with top wire, except that the top wire is not on the inner ring, but on the eccentric sleeve. It can be directly installed on the tapered shaft and the bearing clearance can be fine tuned.
