The insert bearing is an important part in machinery, and the quality of its using is the first choice of the bearing. In order to improve the quality of the bearing in the producing process, according to our understanding,the quality requirements of the bearing are mainly improved from the five elements in production.

1. The motor assembly invironment should be kept clean. After the bearing is filled with grease, no dust is allowed to fly in the site. The components matched with the bearing must be strictly inspected before they are assembled, and small link can not be ignored. For example, if the shaft shoulder where the rotating shaft and the bearing cooperate, if there is no rounded corner, stress concentration will easily occur during operation, and the shaft will be twisted here; The interference of the inner ring will be out of tolerance, or the bearing will not be in place, which are the bane of premature bearing damage.

2. Dynamic balance quality is a crucial factor of affecting bearing's life. The larger the motor, the higher the speed, and the higher of quality requirements for dynamic balance.

3. Parts related to the bearing - the frame, end cover, rotor, inner and outer cover of the bearing should have good coaxiality, and ensure that the motor will not be damaged due to the deformation of the parts during the operation of the motor. Parts with larger sizes, such as machine bases and end caps, must be aged.

4. The machining accuracy of bearing-related components should be improved. Because the machining accuracy of the bearing itself is very high, and when the bearing is matched with the relevant parts, a very small amount of interference will cause damage to the bearing. Practice has been proved that the tolerance zone can be controlled within the range of about 0.02mm by using CNC machine tools with "fixed-size tools" to process the bearing chamber. The roughness of the mating part with the inner and outer rings of the bearing should also be improved as much as possible, otherwise, after the "knife peak" of gold processing is ground off after repeated disassembly and assembly, the matching tolerance of the original design will also change.

5. The amount of grease should be appropriate, otherwise the bearing will heat up. If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the grease with higher penetration should be used. Instead, use a lower penetration or special grease.


It is unavoidable that failure occurs in the use of the insert bearing. If the bearings' quality is improved, it depends on how the bearing is used. We can also understand the above five aspects when selecting a bearing, and refer to the quality of the bearing.
