The quality and performance of the insert bearing is caused by the quality of the processing of the parts. Therefore, we should pay attention to some corresponding matters in the process of machining the bearing parts. According to the specific understanding, it is concluded three things which should be paid attention to in the processing of the bearing parts.
They are: fixed feed and retract mode, standardized debugging actions and modular setting of tool change points.
Three things to pay attention to when maching the insert bearings
1. Fixed feed and withdrawal mode
Each turning tool moves from the tool change point to the feed point in G0 mode. The feed point should have a certain distance from the workpiece in the X and Z directions, and it will not work if it is too far or too close. Too far will increase the empty stroke of G01 feed, resulting in low processing efficiency; too close will increase safety hazards. When entering the tool (from the starting point to the machining start point), the tool must be fed in the G01 mode, and when the tool is retracted, the tool must be retracted to the retracting point in the G01 mode (the retracting point is a certain safety distance from the workpiece), and then move in the G0 mode. .
2. Develop standardized debugging actions
①. We must put the G0 speed selection switch on the F0 gear, and let the tool approach the workpiece at a slower speed, otherwise, if the tool offset value of the tool is wrong, the tool moves extremely fast from the tool change point in G0 mode to When the tool feed point, there may be a strong collision with the workpiece, which makes the operator at a loss, and it is too late to eliminate the danger; on the contrary, when we let the tool approach at a slower speed, even if the tool offset value is wrong, we have plenty of time to adjust.
③ During the debugging process of the insert bearing, the operator can put one finger on the cycle start button and the other finger next to the cycle hold button, so that the execution of the program can be stopped in time in an emergency. In addition, always remember the location of the emergency button in case of emergency. The above practice is to reduce the damage to the CNC lathe caused by improper programming and operation in the CNC lathe, reduce the occurrence of accidents, and ensure the safety of work and practice.
②When debugging, the machine tool must be in single-step execution state. After the operator executes the previous sentence on the machine tool, he must check the correctness and rationality of the next sentence again, and make adjustments accordingly. When the machine tool is in motion, the operator must always observe the change of the tool coordinates on the screen and whether the motion end point coordinates in the program are consistent with the actual motion coordinates of the tool.
3. The setting of changing the Modularized too point
The setting of the tool change point is related to the efficiency and safety of processing. If the tool change point is setted too far, the time for the tool to move from the tool change point to the feed point will be prolonged, reducing the efficiency; if it is too close, it may interfere with the workpiece during tool change, causing the tool, workpiece and machine tool of damage. Therefore, if you set the tool change point yourself, the point may be set far or near, so I use a subprogram to fix the tool change point according to the actual situation of the tool and the workpiece, and only need to return the tool to the back when changing the tool. The knife point, and then call the subroutine, so the accident rate is greatly reduced.
