Due to its plastic housing and stainless steel insert bearing, Thermoplastic Oval Flange Housing Units is highly corrosion resistant and is ideal for applications which is requiring contact with moisture and being placed in corrosive environments. Our thermoplastic mounted block bearings are pre-lubricated with grease,so it can be ready to use upon arrival.

The stainless steel bearing insert has 2 grub screws to allow tightening against the shaft once fitted. The inserts can be removed from the thermoplastic housings for future replacement as required.

Q: How to disassemble the bearing?

A: 1. It is best to do so by or under the guidance of experienced personnel.

2. Before disassembly, determine the specific method of disassembling.

3. Have the necessary bearing removal tools at hand.

4. Before reusing or checking the disassembled bearing, please pay attention to avoid scratching or damaging the bearing raceway or rolling element; when disassembling the bearing from the housings, the disassembling force is applied to the outer ring; when removing the bearing from the shaft, the disassembling force is applied to the inner race.
