How to check whether the lubricating grease of the rolling outer spherical bearing is moldy

1. Sunlight irradiation method
In a sunny day, use a screwdriver to remove grease and fly to forty-five degrees. Compared with sunlight, observe the droplet situation. Under the sun, it is excellent to be able to clearly see that there is no debris in the grease, and it can give full play to the actual effect again. When there are too many debris, be sure to replace the grease.
2. Droplet scratch method
Take a clean white filter paper, there is a small amount of oil seepage on the filter paper. After the oil leaks, if there is black powder on the surface, and there is a sense of resistance when it touches the hand, it means that there is a lot of sediment in the oil, the oil is not powdery, and it is dry and clean. Pale yellow.
3. Oil discharge observation
Take 2 measuring cups, one filled with grease to be tested, and one empty on the table. Remove the measuring cup with the oil 30 to 40 cm from the table top and tilt it to allow the grease to pour into the empty cup and observe its flow. Longer, finer, well-proportioned and long-lasting greases with excellent performance and price comparisons. If the oil is discharged quickly and the oil is discharged slowly, it is said that the oil is moldy.
4. Hand twist method
Twist the grease between your thumb and left ring finger, grinding constantly. The grease has good touch, good lubricity, less wear debris and no friction. If you feel that there is a very large sliding friction force in the middle of the finger like a small stone, it means that there are many residues in the grease, which cannot be reused many times. Replace with new grease.
